When we arrived at this 4-star hotel, we were immediately greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff, who made our stay incredibly comfortable. Sally, Jimmy, and Paul were all exceptional in their service and professionalism. We truly appreciate their efforts and they made our experience special. The spacious rooms with beautiful views were a highlight, even though the hotel was undergoing refurbishments. The location was also ideal, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area.

The President Hotel in Jounieh exceeded our expectations. The staff, including Sally and the tea boy, were friendly and accommodating. The spacious rooms offered a nice view. The location was ideal. The value for the price was excellent.

It was also conveniently located near restaurants and shopping centers. we appreciated the welcoming attitude of the staff, which made us feel at ease.
The hotel did not meet our expectations. the amenities were poor, and the buffet seemed nonexistent.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and offered a great view of the city. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always ready to accommodate our needs. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the cozy atmosphere of the bar area. The location was also perfect, close to many attractions and restaurants.
There were a few aspects that could have been better. The heating system in the room was not working properly, which made it a bit chilly at night.
